I'm a perfectionist and think if it can't be done right, I'm not going to do it right now. Please help. And don't say just get off your a**. I really do want helpful advice.

Turn off your TV,phone and your computer. Get rid of any books you like to read. Turn on your stereo and when you have that bored feeling(this shouldn't take to long) go do something around the house that needs done. Do this every day for about an hour or two and pick 1 room every day to tidy up. It's not such a big job if you just do 1 room a day. Make a list and keep it on the fridge so you can remember which room to do on what day or write it on the calender. Then once you get all of them done you can spend a half an hour every night to tidy up the whole house.

Try sorting things a little at a time. Read Good Housekeeping magazine for tips. It is never too late to be clean. We can grow up and learn to do things we should already know. It's your decision. I was spoiled too. I just do the best I can and continue trying. Nobody is perfect, just take it easy on yourself. Also look online for housekeeping tips. If you get rich, hire a maid and don't worry about it. Some people aren't meant to be perfect little housekeeper, ya know. But you can try to be, if you want. Me? When I get rich, I am getting a maid and a butler with a muscular physique and great teeth and black wavy hair.

Maybe you have unrealistic expectations of life. Perfection is an attribute that belongs only to God, we humans are imperfect by nature and not doing things perfectly is perfectly normal.
Do something that you like doing, look deep down into your soul, there has to be something you enjoy doing like a hobby, going outdoors, dancing, play with your dog (if you have one).
Set goals, little goals you can easily accomplish and set yourself greater goals each time. Forgive yourself and start all over. I can give you more ideas but if you don't know what you want, if you have no dreams, they'll be useless.

Are you anemic? Because I have heard that people with anemia always feel lazy, fatigued, appear pale, short of breath. Anemia is when you have a low red blood cell count.

get a plan together... make a chart that lists what needs to be done and figure out what times you are modivated and make use of that time and get those "chores" done !! and stick with it as you know it never ends and never gose away!! so unless you are rich and can pay someone else to do your "dirty work" you are s.o.l. like me :) good luck
