where do I get a one-and-the-same signature guarantee?

my wife needs to change her name on a IRA account and they require a one and the same signature. does anybody know where we can go to get this done?

Simply check with a customer service representative at your bank. They will compare her signature and ID against her signature card on file, then issue the signature guarantee. There is usually no charge for this service.
