Well, technically...
If people are made of atoms, that is protons, neutrons and electrons, them part of them is inside the television. A television is like a cathode ray tube. Electrons are fired at high speeds through a tube, and high energy magnets are used to direct them to a particular point on the television screen to make the colours (red, green and blue), and the pictures that we see. This is why if one holds a magnet next to the television screen, the picture distorts. This is you affecting the movement of the electrons, and therefore distorting the picture.
Back to my point, if electrons are used in the production of making television pictures, and humans are made of electrons, then they (or part of them) is in the television.
But I know what you mean! They, as people, are not in the television!

Really???? I thought my great-great uncle helped Marconi develop the television system we use today and I'm sure I saw something about shrinking people to get them into the box.
I'm sure it was something like the "airbridge" at airports, how else do they get people small enough to fit in the aeroplanes that fly over our heads every day?

You must be three. And the people on the radio aren't at the radio stations waiting their turn to sing.

They're not? Sh*t. I thought they were my little friends, sitting around in there, waiting for me to play with them. Wait a minute, are you sure they aren't really in there?
