My answer: "Is Our President Learning?"

Excerpt: "After a long talk with Dickey C, he began to feel confident in the decision to run for president. "Hell", he thought. He took another sip of Jack Daniels. "Dick said it himself, I ain't even gonna have to think!" This was a statement that Cheney later regreted as Dubya took this quite literally, especially when talking to the press.
Dick had talked alot about Haliburton, but Dubya was tuning him out during those parts. He thought for a moment about Dick Cheney, his daddy had spoke highly of the guy, but none-the-less Dubya was terrified of him. And so he made his decision... or as he later put it: "Finallity has finally happened." He was running for president dammit! He was gonna Gitter Done for Texas. Sure, he had no clue what he was getting into, but Dick sure made it sound easy enough. "Does the president have to actually read memo's?" he wondered. Another sip of booze and Dubya was out cold.

Führer George W. Bush - Memoir of a Backassward Self-Proclaimed Totalitarian Hick

Sample excerpt from Chapter 1:

President Bush ignored the other leaders as the G8 summit meeting progressed. Witnesses say he asked one practical question and it was whispered to Secretary of State Condi Rice. He needed to know what the menu might be on their return flight on the Air Force One. She shushed him gently.

At another point Bush reportedly leaned over and asked Blair who the leader of England is.

The president appeared bored, fed up and confused in the face of other world leaders' usage of big words like "peace keeping" and "Middle East Crisis". He shuffled uncomfortably in his chair at the mention of strange-sounding geographic regions like Somalia, Syria, Moscow and Canada. He later told a confidante, Ssome of them words did sound familiar ... like words my speech writers wrote into some of my latest speeches ... but I can't be really sure."

Midway through the meeting Bush stood up and redirected the discussion:

"Listen, y'all have t'gree war is needed around the globe for everything to be made right! Ya guys keep talkin' bout the environment and the economy and poverty and other ... things, but ya see ... The War on Sin .. oops I mean War on Hate ...ah ah I mean The War on Terror, should be our only focus right now. The US needs to attack its enemies for oil - uh I mean, uh, for the sake of democracy ... if if we are to prevail over them terrorists."

How could we have elected him twice?

All we can say it's a "biograghy" on Bush and the way the country ran him.

Excerpt : Many as enthralled by a presidency. So much so that the presidents have a hard time saying goodbye to their job. Recently enough, we have found that a president has starred in more movies after his campain then before. Who is this? Where can I find him? In any documetery between
2001 to 2009 and for some years after. This man brought us terrorism, higher taxes, worse economy, fewer jobs and we voted for him twice. Once all this was fixed, it was taken from under our feet. Who is this? George W. Bush. He has left us in this mess. He takes more vacations in a week then any of us can offord to take in a lifetime. Does he every take a glimpse at his work? Maybe he can make out a word. The word "Terrorism". Is daddy an mommy gonna fix this for him? He's in the big house, not the play house.

"FINALLY WE RULE FROM THE WHITE HOUSE" the 70 year plan to fall of a nation.

One must remember that the Bushes are decendants of the Walkers and Walker et el.stood in direct opposition to Roosevelt and the "NEW DEAL." In between we had Nixon and Regan more dirty laundry/deads.
{I've always questioned if the movie actor Ronald Regan was playing a real life role for the Republican party as the president of the United States. Was he just another hired hand for the Walker/Bush clan?} Geo. Sr. ground to dust the remants of the new deal. He especially hurt we the people with the changes he implemented with the "Public Utilities Act of 1934" When Junior stepped in our utility rates skyrocketed, as has energy costs with little or no regard to the environment. Their only concern is profit for big business. Even Bin Ladin was quoted in the National Papers telling the powerless American Public to throw the arms dealers and big businessmen out of the white house. A horror story of American Politics, from freedom to serfdom, father and son.

I'd call it "at the expense of everything"...exerpt follows:

...Once the towers had fallen and night had decended on the country, the President after arriving in the white house gathered the senior staff and told them "This is not happening again." "I don't care anymore what is good politics. I don't care what kind of phoney baloney political accusations come flying out. This will not happen again...ever!" He paused to read the room. "This administrations new goal is bringing to justice the animals who did this and anybody who helped them and if we dont get re-elected for doing it, so be it! This is not going to happen again!"

"New Ways to Harm Our Country"
from the quote

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."

Preface:
It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.
(Charles Dickens, A Tale of Two Cities)
And then, like a bolt of lighting from the blue, opportunity...

Dedication:
To my dad and Grandfather, without who's money. none of this would have been possible...
