Depending on your hair color if its brown or something a bit darker a nice earthy brown will make them just pop right out or a very smoky blue.. not a loud blue a real toned down blue.. Almay offers a whole line of eye cosmetics just for blue eyes!! I dont know if they sell that in the USA but in Canada they do.. check at Walmart or go to www.almay.ca to get an idea of what would work

Wearing brown/bronze shadows highlight blue eyes and vice-versa. For green there is purple and vice-versa.
Always use a highlight and a lowlight and an in between color. Use the highlight on the actual lid and just under the brow. Use the mid color on the bone just above your eyes. Use the lowlight in the crease and slightly seep it outward away from the eye!
There is the quick version, hope it helps!

o.k, I have brown eyes but I'm really good at "decorating" up other people's eyes. What you need to do is get very black mascara and just dab the root of the lid. It looks like it's eyeliner but it's not to thick, dark, and looks natural. Than yuo should get brown mascara and shadow. Apply the mascara once and then put on medium/dark brown hsadow. Don't doubt it until you try it. (You won't look goth, trust me)

I think that if u have bright blue eyes you shouldnt use any eye makeup all. If u have dark blue eyes you should us a light brown and mix it with a pink. It will be contrasting colors.

I have blue eyes to, i like to u a nice bronze color eyeliner on the bottem and where your eyelashes are, then use a light brown/biege color eyeshadow on the lid and finish off with shimmery white eyeshadow above. Then it looks pretty and its an everyday thing

navy blue eye shadow on the corners works like eyeliner and is subtle but has the hint of blue that makes everything else you put with it pop. a good neutral pink is great for the main part of your upper lid, especially when you wear pink.

a light bit of black or gray eyeliner on the edge will make them look more bright & blue. and some very light skin toned eye shadow or shimmer will look nice & natural.

Wear a thin line of black eyeliner, and some dark blue shadow, and for that extra kick, put on some shimmer! Aling with a mascara, you should look great!
