Way to go!! Keep it up as long as you and the doctor will let you. Most people have easier labors if they keep active. Lots of pros but very few cons. The cons are as you get further along it might be harder to keep up with. (Invest in a pregnancy support belt and make sure you have on good walking shoes)

It really helps you lose weight after the pregnancy if you exercised during your pregnancy. Just make sure your heartrate isn't too high. You can look it up on the internet or ask your doctor to see what it should be. You should have a 20-30 lbs weight-gain. And if you breastfeed your child that burns a lot of calories.

Just make sure it's not too hot when you are walking, and I think you should be fine (if you plan on walking outside). Take lots of water and a cell phone with you, in case you need to stop and take a break, or call for help.

I walked with both my kids and it made labor so much easier. I never had the epiderol either.
the only bad thing about walking is you get swollen but if you walk your working out so you have less flab and labor is faster and easier so i thing it wieghts out the cons.

I don't believe there are any cons. Walking every day benefits everybody, pregnant or not. Keep it up!

I don't know any cons, regular exercises helps prepare your body for labor and could ease the pain.
