well I will be doggone !!! The nerve of the Chinese and Indians to buy cars , like 3 billion potential car customers, and start a world price war over energy . The nerve of them to start businesses that use light, heat, and oil to better themselves .!!!!! The USA is getting a huge wake up call and that call is there are people out there willing to pay it so if you don't want to pay the price don't worry we can sell it elsewhere . The average price of gas in England is $5.69 a gallon , Norway almost $6.00, and jJapan it is $5.00 plus and Canada it is $4.75 plus . So why are you complaining ? The food is going up due to utility costs and transportation costs - very simple . Is your frozen food frozen at your market ? Is the stores you go in Air Conditioned ? Stores shelves stocked ? If the shelves are they were stocked by trucks and trucks use gas the last time i looked . Utility companiers burn oil to generate electricity that is used to run the AC in stores . Get the drift ?

Who are you thanking for the high price of gas? Dubya and his oilman buddies, I hope.

Prices of everything shipped by truck will go up when gas prices go up.

The only good thing that I can see coming out of higher gas prices is that more people will buy more economical and/or hybrid cars.

Is this somebody's fault, in particular, or are you just complaining in general?

Is there a question there somewhere?

You think your purpose in life is to relax?
