The world that exists in your head and how you see it and want it to be AND the world that exists in your neighbours head and how they see it and want it to be.

For example you might see it as green but they might see it as dark grey. ( poor example ) And behave according to dark grey when you know if they behaved to a green the world would be a better place!

If you changed the phrase "mental worlds" to mental or intellectual realities, the question would phrase better. In most people's head, the world is physical, it is proven.

I agree with what you say about mental perception though. Take two people from different back grounds and start a conversation. The different words mean different things based on their personal experience. It actually happened to me today, I was playing a word game with a friend who likes water sports. I made a comment that water only had two forms, frozen or in a pipe. I was referring to a city water supply, water in a pipe to drink, cook with or bathe. He perceived a reference to a water bong (pipe) and the entire conversation split off into colloquial drug comments. Two different worlds, one of which I have no experience.

So yes, we live on the planet earth sharing the same physical dimension with other human beings, but everything we perceive is filtered through our own dreams, beliefs and experiences.
And we do react differently to the same things perceived differently.

Don't forget to count schitzophrenics! Don't forget to count schitzophrenics!
Also remember to consider the utopic worlds created by politicians. And fictional writers. They can populate whole planets full of other worlds.
And scientists. They may not agree on there being only one physical world.

The important point of people's perception of the world and what they would prefer to have is that to attain a better world, people have to be willing to see the world in the colors its neighbours percieve. If they keep living in the lines of "Yes, Red is a pretty world, but Green with Yellow stripes is a better world and that is how you will see it," no one is going to have enough peace to take in the smell of the colors!

Yes, we live in a physical world.

But there is so much unseen that exists around within above and below. As well as in the eye of the beholder.

The frequency they operate on is such that its not physical or solid. But that does not mean the force is ineffective.

Just as radio waves are unseen but can be tuned into, there are multiple dimentions we just do not tune into.

Some people can do this, using the part of the brain most do not. We call them psycics, spiritualists, etc.

In a way I agree with what you say. This experience called 'life' is individual, and we all live in our own mind so to speak.
But ultimatly I believe we are each a droplet in the ocean of consciousness. We are spiritually connected.

The common ground is the internet. Names are numbers and faces are not real, and so, ethnicity, religion, class, affluence, nationality, heritage, appearance; all these influences have a great impact in the physical world. Here, no. My image lives in a billion minds, if it exists at all in anyone's mind, but my words are exact and are not interpretable. Harmoney through the exchange of the written word. What a concept.

they say there are only six degrees of human separation, we are all separated by no more 6 people throughout the world - so someone in china is speaking to someone in direct contact with u

since the internet came about thats certainly possible, but if something means completely different to you that could be considered 'madness' and that is almost certainly the seventh degree of separation

for instance, salvador dahli took refuge in madness as an excuse for his art not being as popular as he wanted it to be - he thought that your dreams were the real world and this world was not a reality, but you can do anything in your dreams

this is the seventh degree of human separation, as it means everything to him but sets him apart from other people - so he was eventually lost to madness, a lot of artists take refuge in madness and use drugs to push their boundaries but u should remember that its very hard to go 'back' once you have started on this path

A politician's answer: well yes and no!

Yes we have individual perceptions of the world. Your example is well understood by colour blind people!

No because there is a physical reality out there and we constantly experiment performing reality checks and holding conversations to create a common perception we can work from.

Agreed, that is why everyone seems to be better than me.
Nothing appears constant. Someone can make a comment. If I make the same comment I get a different reaction. (usually not good).

The world as perceived by me constantly shifts to keep me down and depressed.

The world will never be the same for two persons, it is impossible to see things as the same way and to feel the same sensations that somebody else... yes, we might live in the same planet, so the difference is in each person, in every mind...

I don't think it is a billion other mental worlds. It is one mental world that is wider and deeper that the whole universe. Each individual is carrying a similar word within him/her. The purpose of our life is purification of this world within. Those who succeed in cleaning it up maximum will be the winner. All filth and dirt we can clear up from our mental world. Try it.
