I think that Tom and Katie are wonderful parents and doing what all Hollywood parents should be doing and that is KEEPING THEIR KIDS OUT OF THE MEDIA! they are just kids and they didnt choose that sort of life style and they shouldnt have to be on the cover of every magazine for the whole celebrity-stalking world to see.

I don't care if shes not real, but I suspect Tom will go back to his home planet anyway to jump on a few more couches. lol

i think she's a figment of Tom's imagination and Katie's just in on it cause she's been infatuated since she was a little girl

totally. everybody else's baby is shown and not theirs. i hope there is something wrong with their baby. i hope it does not even exist.
