People that have no inner pride in exhibiting their best in the written word, regardless its location and message. Taking short cuts in writing to show "cleverness" (I detest the word 'cute' in this form) in amateurish penmanship.
All such illiterate writing shows that the author needs basic education in English form and should present themselves in a better light to be taken seriously.
