MY OPINION IS YOU WOULD HAVE TO HAVE VERY SPECIAL BODY LANGUAGE TO CARRY THAT OFF AND, OF COURSE, IT DEPENDS ON WHERE YOU WERE GOING AND WHEN. BY THE BODY LANGUAGE, I MEAN YOU WOULD HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO CARRY YOURSELF,,,,WITH THE UTMOST OF CLASS AND CONFIDENCE AND IT WOULD NEED TO BE EVENING. YOU NEVER WANT ANYONE (MALE OR FEMALE) TO THINK YOU LOOK CHEAP. A WOMAN MUST ALWAYS THINK OF HERSELF AS A QUEEN AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.

No. That looks tacky. If you're going to have ruffles, choose either ruffles on the shirt or on the skirt.

I lived in Paris for so long and I would have to say no. I think that you're going to the right direction, but look for something that makes you feel good. That makes you feel sexy in the clothes you wear. Not something that everyone says are IN styles.
