Because Isreal is a civilized democratic nation, and hezbollah is a bunch of terrorists. Terrorists dont listen to anything except to what Isreal is giving them right now. Isreal on the other hand can be pressured to stop fighting because it actully participates in the the rest of the world.

It's easier to criticize a government or person or country that you know will not retaliate against you personally. Whereas, criticism of radical interpretations of Islam is risky. There is a very personal penalty for disagreement with the literal teachings of Mohammed.
