No, you are a fifteen year old male, and that's what they do. I did, and most others did, it's just part of growing up.
Now as to being gay, do you think of boys or girls when you do it, that will give you a clue as to your sexual identity.

Not at all and that is more than completely normal. I don't know one adolescent guy that doesn't do it.
