I am 5'2" and only wish I weighed 123 lbs. You are fine. And you are too young to be worrying about your weight. I know that at 13, its important what others think of you. But your body is still developing and you shouldn't worry about it.

I can tell you that your weight and height are normal, but you might not believe me. The only thing that matters is what you think. If you are asking other people's opinion, that shows that you may have low self esteem. Any time you focus too much on something, it shows a lack of control in another area of your life.
You are too young to start the cycle of self hate. Learn to love yourself early. Life is much better that way.

No, I used to feel exactlly the way you felt, but I was never fat, or overweight! :) I used to be anorexic and ate hardly anything and exercised constantly! I got rid of my anorexia by fixing my mind to knowing that I was not fat at all b/c all my family wondered why I was soooo skinny...

No, youre not fat....i weigh the same and i am 13 years old...You don't need to worry unless you have thighs and butts like cottage cheese, dimples in unwanted places,a huge double chin, and abs that look like and orange peel!

Yes, you need to stop obsessing over your body. It's okay to have your feeling fat days but seriously, you need to boost your self confidence. I checked your BMI (body mass index) and it comes to 22.5 (calculated thanks to your height and weight). So this means you're probably medium sized.
In the world of BMI, underweight= 18.5 and under
normal weight= 18.5-24.9
overweight= 25-29.9
obesity = 30 or greater

That's pretty heavy, unless you are very fit. Answer this; can you run a mile in under 9 minutes? Can you touch your toes without bending your knees?
