David Lee Roth is fun, Sammy "Can't Drive 55" Hagar is so serious, all the songs were pre-Creed like. I can't stand that.

Van Halen did rock either way, but they were two distinctively separate entities....
The original was awesome with Roth, but the 90s VanHalen with Sammy was good too....
to pick....if I absolutely had to???? It would have to be David Lee...even if I thought he was a little too high on himself...lol

I saw Van Halen with Sammy Hagar and he was amazing.
