You should rephrase the question to "Why are most girls obsessed with shoes?". I find shoes helpful, but I don't obsess over them. I could care less if my converses match my shirt and/or pants.

Well its becuase our feet are usually the second thing people look at, and personally I am not a shoe freak like most woman, My husband has 30 pairs of shoes!! 30! That is over doing it! I am a tomboy. I have 3 pair.

I'm definately into shoes....I think it's an illness. No matter if I'm 8 months pregnant or at my prime wieght, I can always find a new pair of shoes that look good and feel good!

Men wear shoes covered by trousers or shorts with trainers. Women wear shoes that are normally on show so need different types.
