STENT is what she has.
It is a small usually metal or mesh tube that is inserted to keep a vein, artery in your daughters case her URETER open from her kidney to her bladder so that the urine can flow from her kidney into her bladder.
For some reason her ureter is not staying open on its own to allow this to happen they way it should hense the stent. That will keep it open

all the best !!!

I think you mean a "stent." This is a small structure made of wires or plastic that supports the inside of the tube that runs from from the kidney to the bladder. Stents are often used to support the inside of deteriorating coronary arteries but they can be used to hold open any tubular structure.

I wish your daughter well and hope she makes a fast and full recovery.

A stent is a surgically implant hollow mesh tube that is used to hold a path way open. Apparently your daughter had a problem with the passage way fromt he bladder to the kidney so the stent holds it open.

Stints hold things open so liquid can go through. It is assisting with her being able to drain urine from her kidney to her bladder, where she can pass it.

i believe a stint is something that holds the walls/tubes of the bladder open so that things that need to pass through, can do so freely and without obstruction.

The word is actually spelled stent and basically it is inserted in abnormally narrow tubes to help keep it open and allow fluid to pass through with ease.

I hope she feels better soon!
