Starts with the owner! Then their front office is a step below everyone else. lastly, the O's do not have a good farm system.

Sammy Sosa I don't know where he went lol. Rafael Palmeiro certainly didn't make things better for the O's. Bruce Chen is horrific pitcher 0-6 with a 7.07 era! Rodrigo Lopez is 7-11 with a 6.57 ERA! I mean.. you guys have a ton of offense just like the Dallas Mavericks but you have no way of stoppping the other team from scoring. You can't win like that. When this team decides to get some really good pitching, then you can have a winning season.
