Due to the stroke you have suffered a motor aphasia. This damage to the motor speech near I believe the left temporal lobe of the brain. You did not state your age, of course the younger the better. If you have not yet had any, you need speech therapy. The brain has a remarkable ability to re-route the area and create new neural connections to replace the damaged area, but it takes time and effort. See a neuro. and go on a therapy program. I heard that omega 3 fatty acids may help a stroke victim, but talk to your doctor or a neurologist.

I am going to tell you if it will not help even it wont harm you.Biol about a cup water and put one tea spoon salt and make it cool enough to do gargling do to three times a day hope it will help.
