If you are an adult, then all you have to do to disown them is 1) specifically state in your will that you want them to have nothing from your estate when you die, and 2) ignore them.

If you are a minor, then what you want is emancipation. That is fairly difficult unless your parents/guardians agree to it. If they don't agree, then you will need to show some sort of neglect or abuse. If you are serious about this, contact your local "legal aid" office.

It's probably better for you to try to work things out with them. Write them a note and tell them why you are angry and upset.

Dear brighteyes....You don't say how old you are, but I am betting you are young. You could run away, but know that if you do, you will lead a life on the streets filled with VERY bad people who will use you up and throw you away. Your family, though the going is rough, will not do that to you, and in fact, will protect you. No matter how bad you think you have it, trust me, it could be a lot worse. If you don't believe me, have your dad take you on a field trip to the county jail...just see what happens to girls who leave home when they are not ready for the world....not a pretty picture.
Your family wants what is best for you, and they already have been where you are. IF you are not getting your way, there is good reason for it. Settle down, things will get much better. Good luck.

You can't legally disown your family - you can only do it in word. But, that is a pretty extreme thing to want to do and the odds are that whatever is happening right now to make you think that way will pass. You only get one family - they are your blood and you should love and cherish them no matter what.

Go to the courthouse on your little scooter(with a helmut) and tell the clerk you like the form that deals emancipating from your guardians. Remember the helmut though. You dont want to get a moving violation on your scooter, it wont look good to the courts if you have a record of negligence.

move out if you haven't done so already. never call, write, or seek any of them out ever again. EVER! and don't leave a forwarding address either. thats how you disown a family.

Ignore them. Pretend they don't exist. Instead, talk to an imaginary friend. When you want to tell something to a family member, tell your imaginary friend out loud, so the family can hear what you have to say. Pretend you can't hear their reply.

There is a way to "divorce" your parents. Pretty drastic step and you'll need to be a certain age OR involve a guardian. Do you need protection? There are resources available to you.
