from GE, refridgerator company. long story short, the model we had was defective so a guy sued. all us peeps who bought those particular models were allowed to file and were told to call certain phone #'s. they said to make an appointment, so my mom did. they didn't show. she called back, and the lady pretty much called my mother a liar, saying there was no record of the appointment. my mom was PISSED. then they made another appointment, which the guy came, didn't even look at the fridge and said it was a door malfunction. he ordered it, and we were to receive it in 2 weeks. it didn't show. my mom kept calling and complaining. they said wait another 2 weeks. didnt' show. my mom called and complained, and they offered to give us a NEW fridge. we accepted. we waited and finally the fridge came, and the guys took the old fridge.
and guess what showed up a week after that: the FRIDGE DOORS that the guy ordered from before. my mom complained. they said someone would pick it up in 2 days. they didn't show. it was sitting outside our doorstep for 3 Weeks.
they suck. but we got a new fridge =T

Rentway. We ordered a bedroom set, (to purchase, not rent) and were told it would be 10 days. It's been 6 weeks and they don't return our calls. We went in there Sat and they said they'd deliver us a mattress today at 5 to use til our stuff arrives. Its' 5:40. They are so never getting any business from use again and we were gonna buy a 2nd bedroom set. Not from them, now.

Dell, by far. Bought new computer, had problem and it took 3 weeks to get anyone in customer service to fix the problem.

Comcast. They missed 2 appointments to install our cable (after rescheduling a few times), then a week or so later we got a call from a telemarketer trying to sell us Comcast cable! We said no and hung up.

AT&T. Raised my rates, so I canceled their service, they then charged my credit card. When I called and asked what was up, they said "we didn't charge your credit card." Then they sent me a check for $11. Then they sent me to collections for $11.
