Isn't it burning hot this year? I live in the Greater Toronto Area and we're getting temperatures up to 35 degress celsius. But with the humidity it feels between 40-45. How are you handling the heat? How hot is it where you are and where are you from? Any additional details are fantastic.

In the state of Oregon, we had a heat wave last week. It reached above 100 F on a couple of days, breaking the record one day of 104. Our normal highs are in the 80's during the summer.

I found a very interesting article about the weather and natural disasters. I included a link. You might enjoy reading it as well.

Global warming my friend. It will pass and burn up some other part of the world soon. Then again we may have more tornadoes and hurricanes in places we've never had them too this year. Each year it will get worse, but maybe a little lag time will be involved too. Not to be a pessimist, but the world is like an old car. It over heats easier than when new.

As a warmth fan, i will admit that we are poor in the present day. Pat Riley ought to bypass lower back to being President (he must have under no circumstances come lower back and stolen the championship from Stan Van) and locate a mushy coach to take us in the right route (Gene Snyder?). we may be able to convince Zo to bypass for one better 12 months and get Beasley or Roy Hibbert. The Matrix can stay, or he can bypass. Wade will be healthful. the warm temperature are contenders back next season.

Global warming plays a tremendous role in the oppressive heat we've all be suffering with. I am in south Texas and miseable with the rain and heat....we do a lot of swimming, staying inside during the hottest parts of the day, drink plenty of water and take naps.

Climate Change. I live near Ft Polk, LA --105F is it showing on the computer bulletin board. I run from AC to AC. I am born and raised in Germany and our summer average temperature is 25-30C. After couple of days we have thunderstorms and cooler temperatures, here in LA we experience moist heat and people get "cuckoo" in their heat!
