Find a massage therapist who works often with injury, scar tissue, and may be able to bill your medical insurance ( if you have massage benefits) Your massage therapist may also use different hot/cold applications during the treatment time, and use therapeutic massage products which help iwth circulation and muscle pain locally. As you heal, consider yoga as a way of maximizing healing and flexibility. good luck
