Taekwondo.

Why kick a ball, when you can kick someone in the head - and be rewarded for it?

As a gymnastics teacher, I would have to say gymnastics. I think top level gymnasts (male and female) have to be fitter than any other sports people in terms of strength and flexibility. It's great to watch because there are so many different aspects to it. The scoring system is hard to understand now for people who don't do gymnastics.

As for having spectator appeal, I would have to go along with most people and say football (soccer). It's a lot easier to understand than gymnastics. The ball goes in the net, it's a goal (most of the time!). The team with the most goals wins!

Definitely tennis. I love it especially wimbledon. It takes more focus and strength of mind than other sports. It's lost a bit of that lately as the game has become all about big serves, brawn over brain, but i still love it.

HOCKEY!!! That's 4sure. My coach used to say, with rugby you just have a ball and a bunch of lunatics running around, while with hockey you have a stick & a ball!!! Haha, but yeah, no I've been playing hockey my whole life & love every minute of it. I love watching rugby, especially with a good crowd and the most are supporting your team! lol
