For the core: white styrofoam.
For the outer core: yellow styrofoam.
For the mantle: red styrofoam.
For the hydrosphere: water, of course, or you could use blue paint as a substitute, if you don't have a round plastic case to hold your model in.
For the surface: green paint and more styrofoam.
For the atmosphere: I don't think you need anything for this. The air is already all around you.

If it's going to be a small model I have used plasticine before.
