I use shave gel and a razor, but I can only shave "with the hairs." I can't go against them because it causes really bad razor burn and it itches!! It doesn't get as close as I like, but that's what I have to deal with I guess.

Yes, waxing. But if you must shave it, I would recommend trimming it extremely short first. Use a good, conditioning shave cream and do not, I repeat DO NOT use an electric shaver. Ouch, ouch, ouch.

Use a normal razor, just like you use for shaving your face, but, if you start shving it is hard to stop, because when they grow back they start off really bristly and spiky so you are gonna have to shave everyday, just like your face

Don't shave. Use a cream like Nair - you won't get any of those nasty, red bumps!!

Wax it.... but if you don't want to do that, trim it so it is short first. If you trim when it is long, it will hurt.
