The July average was 23.2 times/day.
My high was Sept. '03, when I averaged 36.8
My low (since I started keeping stats) was June of '02, @ 7.4
I'm trying to cut down though.

I'd say about 7% of all my spoken words.
But I'd say 90% of that 7% is done out of comedy's sake. Telling a joke or something like that.

about every other two sentences that come out of my mouth. it's a really bad habit that i picked up from my husband. most of the time i don't even realize i do it until it just comes out.
