Besides just eating something green, is there any other reason that my poop would be green for the past 4 days? I haven't eaten anything green or weird & it's starting to freak me out. This is a serious question.

I haven't had a stomach virus, the only thing that's changed is I've been eating much less food.

Just means you're eating lots of iron in your diet. It's perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. That's why baby poo is green, cause you always make sure they're getting enough iron.

Well if you are eating less, then your digestive system is gathering material that it has stored away, many times that material is green...You are using the restroom, it doesn't have time to process properly, hence you are dumping material that hasn't been stored properly.
This should be controlled through a vitamin regime.

1. A lot of iron in the diet can cause green poo.

If you drank a ton of grape kool aide your scat could be bright green. Weird, I know.

a stomach virus or have you eaten grapes or colored soda would also cause this.
