well i think that you are questioning premature ejaculation, if that is your question, you should talk to you doctor. yes it might be embarrassing, but there are medications that can sustain your orgasm. good luck.

You've got to learn to calm yourself down..WAY down; relax and don't make this such a pressure-filled issue or it will surely worsen. Now here's some practical advice: First, get a lot more exercise than you have been. Go for a run, do some push-ups, do anything you can to get blood flowing. This will give you a stronger erection, and it will give you a lot more staying power (stamina). And make it your policy to always do that before you even attempt to have sex....every time. In this way you'll succeed, and you'll condition yourself to keep succeeding. Next, privately release the first emission yourself (manually) maybe while you're in the shower ( no one else needs to be aware of this activity). This will slightly desensitize you, and give you an extra measure of stamina because the first ejaculation is largely mechanical anyway. And it will help you to relax even more. Lastly, start out in positions that allow you to maintain stiffness but that don't wipe you out. Which ever position is your favorite, save that one for last. If you were a virgin before you got married, you may even want to wear a condom for a few times until you get used to maintaining control...this will just give you an extra measure of desensitization, and it'll likely be enough to get you through until you learn yourself better. Learning yourself better doesn't take a long time, and it's a fun learning process, you just mainly have to relax and have fun. Realize too that thrusting and grinding isn't the only action in your sexual arsenal...develop other skills such as massaging and orally pleasing your wife. You're going to be fine...enjoy the journey.

Perhaps you need to practice your communication skills.....writing is awful and also the way you express yourself leaves much to be desired. Perhaps she has no idea what you want.
