This is more fun.
Real people answer you.
You get points.
It's live and direct.
The answers you get sometimes make you laugh.
It's sexy.
What else do you wanna know?

Sometimes the questions can be technical or complicated and no amount of researching is going to provide a definitive answer.
It is on those occasions that someone with the right knowledge to impart becomes invaluable.
Of course, there are also lazy people who can't be bothered. Or maybe they don't have the time. Or maybe they just are not sufficiently computer literate to use search engines.
Take your pick?

You can see many responses at once easily and come up with things that Google didn't. Many website have advertising instead of info on topics you are seeking. Anyway, it's fun to read all the Q&A.

Maybe they can't afford to stay online for that long, or don't have a reliable power supply. And other people liven up their answers with comments, and give you another angle & new ideas.
In some countries I think that certain search engines might be banned & they can't access them from there.

Just like there are some people who have "unlisted" phone numbers thus you can not find them in the book.... there are obviously not all the answers on the latest "google"
Here is a question, where did GOOGLE and YAHOO get their names? Be careful there could be more than one right answer depending on who you talk to.......

It's a form of sharing with others having similar interests and you get an opportunity to respond thru best answer and/or e-mail. Why does this bother you?

It's not all about getting answers... it's about having fun and interacting with other people to see their point of view on different subjects. After all, that's probably why you use it...

Its more fun to read the opions of other people and understand want their point of view is. If you google something your getting nothing but facts and that is boring although you get what you looking for faster. LOL

What I would like to know is why you ask such a question under the heading Home > Sports > Football (Soccer) > 2006 FIFA World Cup(TM) > Open Question I think that is absolutely fascinating!

Hi..
Well, I just looked at your questions, and you can "Google" .. every single one, of them!;) ..Except, this one:)
People like to communicate.. with "Real" people..
And you get different opinions, on every question, asked/ answered..
I will try to "Google" your question, now;)
Your"Answer" is in the link, below;))
And I don't see, what this question, has to do with "Football"
My regards! .. And give the people, a break, here: "Have a kit Kat"
LoL...
My regards!;)
