Would the pants be strong? Would the thread not stay in place and fall out? I can get other material I just think it'd be nice to have a pair of nice homemade silk pants. I've never heard of silk pants. Only silk shirts.

you probably could. i mean. ive seen lots of silk pants. just pajamas though. they last a decent amount of time.

You need a heavier weave of the fabric and the right style.
Silk can be used for anything.
