How can a country wreak so much death on defenseless women and children when they themselves went through something similar. And America extends vague platitudes to the world's questions while encouraging the carnage. Shouldn't we be ashamed of our government?
Do we have to wipe an entire race off the map to solve a problem? This is sickening to me!

Well ... If one single Lebanese survives the American Israeli carnage in Lebanon, I am sure he will teach his kids to revenge one day .. father to son .. and i am one of such an example. TO FORGET NOT: USA is sending blankets to the Lebanese evacuees, and smart bombs to the Israelis. WHAT A SHAME!

I think it is unfair to blame the mythology itself. Religions, Legends, and Myths have always evolved. Sometimes this happens within a particular religion or line of thought and others it creates a whole new dogma or tradition. I think the "blame-trail" can always be found at the source and that source is usually governing bodies that do not always reflect the true thoughts and feelings of the culture it is suppose to represent.
I had the good fortune of knowing some Palestinian and Israeli people. And while there has always been a reluctance between both people, they say that the "average joe" in the area does not want the war and does not hate their "neighbors", like it seems.

Actually I'm impressed that they are have the back bone to stand up and say lets fix this. Every single administration has to deal with this. It's like "Secretary of State 101". The easy thing to do would be to go along with the rest who just want this swept under a rug so they can move on to the next sound bite. The US is not condoning carnage. They want a more permanent solution. The UN's solution is like fixing a hole in your roof with a Kleenex. Won't hold for long.

definite they'd cope with the job. that they had no subject coping with Saddam's nukes and his air defenses have been plenty harder than the Irainians. The Iranians are going to get bombed. Its in basic terms a question of contain we going to do the job before the Israelis or no longer. And If we wait until the Iranains get nukes the only decision will to be to apply nukes ourselves. this is the only way we be fairly optimistic they gained't get the possibility to apply them. I additionally decide for to confirm what the Euroweenies ought to assert whilst they are in variety of Iranian nuclear missles. they might help an pre-emptive strike on Iran as quickly as the bulls eye is painted on them.

I hate to break it to you, but the US does not control Israel. This problem will only end when all the terrorists are wiped of the map - unfortunately they have fondness for hiding among civilians, which is why those women and children are getting killed.

We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it." -- Ariel Sharon to Shimon Peres, October 3rd, 2001, as reported on Kol Yisrael

You are correct. We should be denouncing Hezbollah more because of their attacks on civilians in Israel. I think you are starting to see the light. Baby steps are good.
