@ Chris... Ummm.. yeah... I think around 40% ppl here would be fluent in English... a little better than few Americans anyway... Oh and have you ever noticed that America never had a language of its own?? English.. comes from England... Hindi on the other hand comes from Hindustan aka India.. and almost every state here has a recognized language.. eg: Punjabi, Haryanvi, Kashmiri so on and so forth...
