Isn't it true that the Dodgers have players who were with the Braves longer than the Braves currently have? JD Drew, Betemit, Furcal, Maddox...

Good move for the dodgers, because statistcally speaking once players leave the Chicago Cubs, they perform much better, plus the Dodgers still aren't out of it this year and Izituris will be an AVERAGE career shortstop, at best. Maddux may be the boost they need, even though his last couple of months were terrible, he'll rebound.

im upset that greg maddux was traded but if that's what he wanted then ok but i not really sure that its a good idea

well I think that maddux is great but i just can't stand to see cesar izturis go. I will miss him . he might of not been the best player but he had the heart.

bad trade, Maddux is washed up and they gave up their future SS, bad move and they still will not make the playoffs
