No thanks. Try working in a law firm. I did for 15 years and we got all major holidays paid, all the health benefits you could need, overtime paid, holiday accrual and colleagues to turn to for help or opinions on a legal matter.
Start at the bottom as a temp or a file clerk and work your way into the technical or administrative area of the office. Quit that job you have and do it now. Collect unemployment while you look for another job. Or, look while you're working and tell your boss, I'm going to lunch and go to an interview. If anyone asks what you've been up to, say I'm looking for a job that appreciates people for their work. Good luck, man. You deserve better.

As tempting as it sounds, I think I'll pass, my friend. It is almost EXACTLY the same as mine, except my pay is lousy, but I do get time for lunch. I'm trying to think of some encouraging words to offer you, but I am having trouble thinking of any. If I were you, I'd call in sick, then spend the day pounding the pavement, looking for something else. The sad reality is that you will never have a life while you hold that job.

Thanks for the offer, but I think I'll keep my job since I love it so much. You poor soul...I know how awful it can be when you don't like your job and feel underappreciated. I thank goodness every single day I get up that I found this job four years ago because I know that jobs like this don't come along every day. I hope you find something you love doing someday.

Dang that sounds like wal-mart. You get a vacation after two years but they get mad if you take it. They get mad if you get over 28 hours a week. Man I just retired from that. Good luck...that job will kill you ... hang on till you find something worthwhile.
