what should i study and why?

Decide whether you want to study something which will lead to a definite career, or to take your chances on studying something for enjoyments sake. Which is the most important to you? Do you believe that there will always be plenty of employment opportunities available to you, or do you want the security of a career-related qualification?
Remember you can always keep up with your interests, no matter what your career or qualifications (allowing for time and money of course). Like you I've always liked numbers, but have few qualifications in this area and the subject has nothing to do with my job, but I recently enjoyed doing some voluntary work in numeracy support.
My overall message: once you've made your decision, other options will still be open over a lifetime if you keep looking for them.
As for where you can study, there's loads of info out there, and people willing to discuss what their course would offer you. Remember that these people are (we hope) genuinely interested in students but also need them for their livelihood. So people will give you advice and information.

Business studys - If you have a good brain then use it - you will never earn much working for somebody else but if you set up your own business the skys the limit.
Bournemouth uni is great and its brill for summer beach parties etc xx
