If you don't know, Destiny Norton was a 5 year old girl who lived in Salt Lake City (in Utah) who was lured into a neighbor's yard, suffocated by the neighbor, and put in the cellar to rot. After being down there a while, he went down and raped her body. So, this guy has a past history of domestic abuse and other cases. In my opinion, this guy should have at least been put in prison years ago. What do you think should happen now? Some people strongly want the death penalty. I'm against it. Not only do I think that we rarely have a case where we can take another's life, BUT, more importantly, I think he'd suffer more for now in prison.

Didn't see this on the news, but assuming it is correct, I would say either incarcerate for the rest of his life, or put him to death. As long as there is no chance of his repeating such a crime, I don't care which way is used.
