How would you define/explain the quality in a personality that is "charming"?

it's when he has a certain characteristic or personality that drives you towards this person. usually, people are attracted by a good-looking person (as driven by sight) -- with charm, a person may not be that good-looking but he/she possess (sp?) this certain characteristic that attracts other people, not based on sight alone.
usually, somebody who's charming is very pleasant to have around, very friendly and very nice. i don't think you would call a snob "charming"

The quality in a personality that is charming is a positive attitude that an individual has. This individual is always smiling and present an athmosphere around then that allows other persons to feel comfortable. This charming personality comes about from an individual that is in peace with themself. They are charming because they learn to accept other personality even when others cannot.

It's not just a personality thing....it's the whole package. Kind, good lookin', funny, outgoing..etc. All wrapped up in a super gorgeous (teeth whitened) smile!
