Yes everyone else does, there is not a person in the world that knows everything there is to know about everything about the computer. Its a continual learning experance... Me I learned through trial and error, I know a lot now, but I still find myself trying to remember where it was that I changed that to fix that the last time.. LOL.. Its hard, But there are lots of people willing to help.. here is a nice link for viruses and spyware protection in simple english, Its also free tech support online, if you go to the forums.

Short answer YES!!!
I have lots of problems with my computer.....I have had to take the side off as it over heats, If video card freezes and blocks so I have to turn it off, there is no sound (I did get back once after updating the graphics card (yes I know what the f**k has the graphics card got to do with the sound)).

oh yes I am totally useless with computers, and technology. my husband gets fed up with constantly repeating how to use the laptop and set the DVD ha ha. I also lose vital information on my Dictaphone and delete info by mistake.

Mine seems to have a mind of it's own but i'm understanding it slowly...
