Ok here's the story.
I used to live in Singapore and I had the lead role in two hit t.v shows which both lasted 4 seasons.
We moved back to Cali 3 years ago. And lately i've been realizing how much fun acting was.
So I was just wondering how I could get back in to the business. I understand that it is WAY harder. But I just thought I could use my experience to my advantage. So if you guys could explain how it all works, that'd be great. Like if you could give me some good agents around my area (Corona, CA), and just explain the "steps" on how I could possibly (and hopefully) get discovered.

Basically in short
1) Have some sort of acting experience (even if it's as little as a high school play) like a drama major
2) Find a damn-good agent and get a part-time job just incase it takes a while
3) My drama teacher who got rated the best drama teacher in Michigan (he worked with the SpiderMan 2 director and was in a movie with him) said that you should always know 10 monologues off hand just incase someone wants to see your work
4) You should be pretty well off from there! I'd try modeling...even if you are a guy (as maybe a part-time job) because you will have more experience with cameras, people staring at you, and you know how to work it! ;-) Lol, good luck!
