hip pads insert into the girdle with the oval portion toward your feet and the "T" portion covering your hip bone. Tailbone is usually in an "I" shape and should place just as that NOT SIDEWAYS. Yes, seen it. 5 pocket girdle should have these pockets. If you dont than head down to a sports shop and get one. Underarmour makes one.

Good luck this season.

your girdle should have pockets to slide the pads into, if not then its a bad girdle and you should ask for a new one. If you can't find the pockets then just slip them into your girdle when you put it on. Hip pads over hips tail bone covering tail bone. Then just pull your belt tight and keep adjusting them until you get a new girdle. This hip pads to me when i played pop warner
dont worry about it

Theigh is spelled thigh and gurdel is spelled girdle. Anyway, the hip and tailbone pad pockets are really too small for the pad. Try folding them and force them to fit. Once they are in adjust them.

Good luck on the field too

Putting on your uniform should be the least of your worries... if you can't do that what are you going to do on the field when you run into trouble ???
