Since the nuts are what you're aiming to...it really doesn't matter if the penis is or not erect... And as noboby told you...it always hurt.

It is the balls that really cause the pain when kicked in the junk, not the meat. So being erect wouldnt make any difference to whether or not the testes hurt.

I can understand where you might think that because other parts are firm, the testicular area might be as well, and therefore, not as prone to injury, but I can assure you that a guy's "nuts" are just as vulnerable, regardless of the current state of excitement.
