hmm ... why would anyone want to do that in the first place ? unless you have no place to sleep, but then, there are lots of nice cosy place to sleep anyway. But to answer your question, i don't think there will be any problem sleeping down there, unless there are tigers, lions or poisonous snakes and reptiles, or even dangerous gang of robbers around that area that can endanger your life. Otherwise, it should be ok, when was the last time you heard of a human killed by a ghost ?

Why would you give up a nice, warm bed to sleep on a cold, stone whatever filled with dead, decomposed people who won't ever get up again, and a lot of bugs, crickets, maybe some mice, or stupid locals who'd like to have fun with you at night?
