There may not be anything wrong. Depending on how long you've had your period for, you may not have a "regular" cycle for years. Normally your period won't start on the same day every month - it may start earlier or later by a day or 2 or a week. Birth control can regulate it a little better. Your flow may also not be regular for some time, as well as the length of time you have it. Sometimes its a spot for a day or 2, while other times the floodgates open & it lasts forever. If your worried, see your doctor. It can't hurt to ask questions & you'll have some peace of mind.;)

You are still only very young and your body will still be adapting to the changes of puberty so it will take a while to get balanced... at any age small changes in the timing of your period is normal. However it will stop altogether if you get pregnant until the birth, or can be abnormally stopped if you are not looking after your health.

Periods are unpredictable when you are young. Unless you are having sex, dont worry. Normal thing.

if i was you i wouldn't worry about it ; your not having sex, it might be stress, or your body might just not be regular yet. I didn't get regular with my periods, well im still not regular.

you are 12 - you probably won't be "regular" for a couple of years. Don't sweat it.
