With all the money the league throws to NFL Europe, would it not make sense to give us a franchaise or at least let 2 east coast teams fly over and play a game in Wembely (if they ever gete it built!!!) or even the Walstadian in Frankfurt!!!

There will probably never be any NFL team from Europe, just due to the fact that the cost of travelling to Europe for the rest of the teams would be way to expensive.

The NFL is trying to play regular season games in Europe though (possibly in the next 2 years). They have already played a regular season game in Mexico City, and preseason games in Japan. They definitely want to expand their fanbase and exposure to Europe by playing there as well.

It will never happen because of money. It would be too expensive to send teams back and forth week after week to Europe just to play 1 game. This also sets back two days of practice just for travel. The reason the NFL set up the NFL Europe is for development.

Its a good idea but i think the league would lose money and it would be a hassle. Europe should come up with their own league, like in basketball or hockey, and if they ever get to the level of the NFL, then we could have something like the World Baseball Classic. But having 1-2 teams from Europe fly over and NFL teams flying there, it just wont happen.

It won't happen for several reasons & NFL Europe should consider expanding to several other cities to even it out to at least 10 - 12 teams in that Leauge.

if they ever did, the NFL Europe team would get STOMPED!
any of the NFL Europe players that go to the NFL are usually backups.
I mean honestly, can you imagine a matchup between the Galaxy (the NFL Europe champs) and the Colts? honestly.

Probably not because most Europeans do not care very much at all for American football. They don't even like to talk about it. I have never found an American football fan in any of the countries I have been to...

The reason for this lack of interest is because no one understands the rules so they just don't bother to have anything to do with the sport in any way.

There will be a NFL franchise in Europe before there is one in Los Angeles California.
