touchy feely. either someone who is very tactile, meaning they like to touch things, people a lot. or an inanimate object which is tactile, meaning it has a pleasant or enticing feel to it.

If you have ever come across anyone who when you are talking to them they want to touch your arm, or make contact. That is a Tactile person

If a person is tactile then they are "touchy feely". Meaning they touch you all the time...a hand on your arm, holding your hand, touching your hair etc. In other words ...really annoying.
