I am tryin to cut the costs of buildin a pc. And I'm usin it for multi-taskin. Do you have a mobo thats good and cheap?

Yes that's a good price for that board. I bought the exact same one over a year ago for around $250. The reason the board is great is because it's flexible, and is upgradeable. I put in a 3200+, nvidia 6600gt and 2gb of ram and it runs great, plays great and haven't had any issues with it. Not only that but it is upgradeable to the newest fx chips (socket 939), can take up to 4gb memory, and dual video cards in SLI mode...(drooling thinking about putting new dual 7950's in mine)

You can get cheaper boards but in the long run why not get one that will last you a few upgrades later on when you have more cash. You get what you pay for!

thats not too bad for a motherboard, i would saay they range in price form 100-300

I'm using the a8nsli premium and it's definately worth the money.
