E-----------------------------...
B--9-9-11-9-9-9-11-9-9-9-11-9-...
G-----------------------------...
so this means hold the 9th fret of the B-string and strum twice, then hold the 11th fret and strum, then back to the 9th etc.
Basically, its just a little rif from some song (I can't quite recognize it though). If you want to know what key its in, look for the main notes and count 1/2 steps. So the 9th 1/2 step above B is G# and the 11th is A# etc. Look at the primary notes in the riff and see if you can figure out what key they all belong to.

Each line going sideways represents a string. Low E (the fattest string) is on the bottom and your high E is on the top. The numbers represent what fret # you play on whatever string its written on. So you play those 9's and 11's at the beginning on the B string.
There is, however, no real way of telling exactly how fast to go...

kanye west is a racist; he exploits the misery of others and incites discord for profit.
anyway, that being said- if you are standing up with the guitar in normal playing position the B string will be the second one up from the floor; the number 9 corresponds to the 9th fret, 11 to 11th fret, etc.
p.s. dont worry about major/minor yet
This is known as "tablature", and if you do a google search for guitar tablature or how to read guitar tablature you'll probably find everything you need
what i said assumes you are right handed; if not, it gets a little trickier..

Looks fairly simple. The first part you're just playing frets nine and eleven on the B string. The numbers are just telling you what fret to play on which string. Go buy a tab book and learn it, it's not that hard to pick up. Don't trust internet tab, it's usually wrong.

thats just the fret on the corresponding string. each string has a value, the first is for guitar the second for bass. the first would be the second string from the top, fret 9,9,11,9,9,9,11, etc.
The second is the first string, fret 10, 8, then the second string fret 11,13,8,5,5 and the slash is a slide i believe.

to read it.. B is the 2nd thinnest string on the guitar (silver) the number is the number corrisponding to the fret(board) (from the tuning dials) 0 would be just the string it's self. 1 is closest to the tuning dials. 13 is closest to the body of the guitar

The letters represent the strings and the numbers represent the fret.
You should learn your scales and not just chords.
