is it assault if you pour a drink on someone?

if i am at a bar and this woman is talking about me and i feel the need to pour my drink on her, exactly how much trouble will i be in?

i think that is battery, not assault

You be in deep do do. Yes, that could be construed as being assault, as well as in insult.
