okie..so i bought this dress that has a halter top kind of thing for the top of the dress..and so i was juss wondering..what kind of bra do u wear with it..i mean the straps can't show or it'll jusss look weird..please answer this before August 18th...that's when i have to wear it!!

Strapless will work, I prefer a convertible bra where the straps are removable and expand extra long, so you can just take one strap & attach it to the top of each cup...voila...halter bra. Victoria's Secret has some good ones. Clear straps will show, it's not a big deal if a clear strap peeks out from underneath a strap on a dress or top, but it looks very tacky to wear clear straps over your shoulders with a halter dress!

I know you can get strapless bras, but I personally would go without a bra. Don't fall for those bras with clear plastic straps that are supposed to be invisible. I bought one to wear under a strappy top for a party I went to, and I ended up taking it off half way through the night because it was clearly not invisible and the straps were really uncomfortable.

A strapless bra.... A nude color is best especially if you are wearing white. (Everyone thinks that you are supposed to wear a white bra with white, but that is not true.... you can still see the white bra... a nude color just blends in with your skin...) There are inexpensive bras at Target that can be converted. Some come with clear straps . The bras with detachable straps can be made into a halter bra by using only one strap that goes around the neck. Hope you find what you are looking for!

Buy a strapless or convertable bra. You can get them anywhere from Walmart to AE!!! I would suggest convertable for the most comfort possible because sometimes the strapless can be uncomfortable. The convertable bra will have straps that you can arrange to be a halter, crisscross in back, strapless, or regular. =)That is what I recommend!

A strapless bra, but if you really need support or just want the strap you could get a bra with clear straps.

buy a bra w/ convertable straps and make the straps of the bra a halter too. This way, your bra doesn't show and it also stays up

victoria's secret makes a convertible strapless and a regular convertible bra that you can wear 4 different ways... It's around $45-50 but it's a good investment. Plus it makes your boobs look even better.

Ok definatley a strapless bcuz its just cheesy when u can see the straps but make sure u can get one that stays good and dosent fall down every 2 seconds they r kinds hard 2 find but they've got them. good luck =)

they have bras that you can change the straps on the bra...you can get one of thoseand change the straps to make it a halter bra to match the dress
